Since they are all artifact commanders, if you build them seriously, 'Mishra's Workshop' starts looming in the background
(I've mentioned this before but I find it funny so I'll bring it up again Mark Gottlieb, Rules Manager, had to kill numerous cards created by Mark Gottlieb, Future Sight designer.) While I normally try to do as much hole filling as I can, I felt a particular obligation to Future Sight because the parameters for the timeshifted cards was much harsher than normal
I have never cycled this card, since bounce is so valuable in this format, especially at instant speed
TL;DR: Blue controls tempo through cost reduction and bouncing
Jolteon Jolteon (4/64) commands a noticeable premium over Vaporeon, and it's not hard to see why
